WGS creates four 'baskets' of useful genealogy items – Each one is themed to match one of presentation topics:
- Timelines Basket - Items that may help you create, maintain, and share genealogy Timelines.
- Land Records/Maps – Tools that help you organize land records and maps of your ancestors.
- Finding record resources – Resources that help organize and use different resources.
- Obituary Research - How do you keep them together so that you can easily refer to them as you continue the genealogy journey.
You may be surprised to see what's in the baskets — CHECK THEM OUT!

How Does the Raffle Work?
- Every attendee receives two Raffle Tickets as part of their registration. Find them in your badge holder.
- These are numbered tear-apart tickets—keep one and put its match in a bag.
- You can buy more raffle tickets, as many as you like, for $1 each. Proceeds go to supporting our conference.
- Each raffle prize is next to or in a gift bag, where you can examine it.
- Place one (or more to increase your chances of winning) in the respective bag.
- . . . then the drawings happen.
- Be sure to check out the raffle prizes during the morning break and at the beginning of lunch.
- Drawings will begin halfway through the lunch break.
- Drawing will continue and finish during the afternoon break.
