This is a two-part presentation. Part one (40 minutes) includes:

Interpreting old homestead documents, deed records, and plat maps.
Learn about Townships, Ranges, and Sections - actually easy.
Uncover the exact location of homesteads, farms, & residences.
Reveal GPS coordinates and driving instruction and more.

Part II, after a short break, reveals where Homestead certificates, early land-office logs, and complete homestead files are found and how to get them. Part II is 20-30 minutes.
